Today I had my alterations and I couldn't be more pleased. Loved everything she did. She was extremely kind and overall the best customer service I ever encountered. Loved the experience and I love my dress! I can't remember her name but she knew exactly what to do.

Excellent customer service! Erin was patient with me every time I came into the store to try on dresses. When I finally picked my dress, I valued her opinion.
Honestly, I could not have asked for a better experience picking out my wedding dress. Every employee at the store made me feel welcomed. My consultant, Christa B, was the best!! As soon as I told her what I was looking for she knew right away which dresses to have me try on. I fell in love with the second dress I tried on and immediately said yes to the dress! Thank you so much to everyone at David's Bridal in Pineville for making my experience more than exceptional.

Mary Agnes was our consultant and she was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an honest opinion. I wish I could give her more stars than 5 as she became like a member of our family by the end of the appointment. She was very honest, attentive and extremely helpful.
