I could not have had a more perfect experience finding my dream gown! Iris is absolutely amazing and insured I got exactly the dress I wanted even though it was the only one available!
I came in to pick out a dress for my daughter's wedding. The consultant that helped me kept walking away, didn't help me even zip up any dress I picked out... she offered no help. I ended up ordering a bigger size than the one in the showroom. When the dress came in it was even smaller than the one I tried on! I was very upset but then the manager stepped in and turned this traumatic experience into a positive. I had the greatest experience here today. Rachel was the best consultant. From the time I walked in the door she had the biggest beautiful smile to make you feel welcome. There with me every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much to the team at David’s Bridal, especially to Rachel and the sweetest manager Mrs. Jimmie.
Hanaa was an amazing seamstress and was so warm and really just made the appointment wonderful! She was very professional but put any bridal dress jitters to complete ease! She guided me through the alterations she was making and was so friendly! I highly recommend her to any bride!
Great experience! Chelsea was very helpful and willing to bring many different dresses just to see if all the color combinations looked good together. Very helpful and friendly.
The staff were so accomadating to my sassy little flower girl and helped her pick our the perfect princess dress!
I went on Saturday and was quickly greeted and they explained everything. I was paired with Nicole and she was so wonderful. I really wasn’t sure where I wanted to go with a dress so I picked out four, with the help of my MOH and my mom and she ha done in mind for me to try on. She helped me get ready and it was such a breeze! I’m not one to keep trying things on because I get so anxious that I just quit.
