Excellent customer service. I needed a dress in a particular color in a short notice amount of time. Finding nothing online, I went to the Freehold location, spoke about my dilemma and they solved everything. Color, better alternative style, and enough time to come in case of alterations. This is my third time here and I always feel confident in my purchases (btw I’m plus size if that helps other customers). Thank you David’s Bridal Freehold fashion rescue.
I came in with out an appointment, I told the manager, I didn't have an appointment but I saw a dress on line that I just had to see if they had in my size, she looked for the dress off a screenshot I took, she grabbed Ana to help me out, she was so helpful and very patient with me. I'm very indecisive ( which is why I'm looking 11 months before my wedding lol) but she paid attention to the things I liked, what I didn't and found the PERFECT dress for me in my budget! Had a wonderful first experience looking for my wedding dress with Megan, she was so helpful and awesome! Had a terrible first bridesmaids appointment with a girl working there. But went back for a second bridesmaids appointment and got Brooke and she was fantastic!! Thank you so much Megan and Brooke for doing s wonderful job! :)
I tell the dresses and I loved Samantha from the Schaumburg location she’s a sweetheart and really found me what I was looking for .

RecommendedI went to David’s bridal and was helped by Elena. She was so soft spoken, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She helped find my perfect dress. I didn’t say yes yet because I want to have my wedding party there as well as my mother and Elena understood. She wasn’t pushy or brushing me off like other experiences I’ve had. The store was also very clean, organized and has lots of different styles. Can’t wait to officially say YES to the dress.
I had a great experience with choosing my wedding dress at this location. Cristina was absolutely great and friendly! Anasthesia was very helpful. They both made my experience an awesome and easy one. Highly recommend going here first!
