Dennett was awesome! She immediately made me feel at ease when I came in to order a bridesmaid dress. She was personable and charismatic, and quickly felt like a friend. Even with plenty of people in the store, she remained professional and danced between assisting other customers while leaving none of us feeling neglected. Exceptional service. Thank you!
I chose David’s Bridal for my Bridesmaids. I have girls all over the place so a chain store like David’s Bridal seemed logical. So far I have gone with two out of five of my girls and we found the perfect color! Our consultant Jessica was very sweet and accommodating and picked all kinds a dresses that would flatter both my girls. The only thing I can say negitive was there was no mirrors inside the fitting rooms. My experience at David's Bridal in Orland park was great!!! Maria was helping me out that day and she was amazing!!! Made the experience fun and non stressful!! She listened to me and got the dresses I wanted to try on very helpful!! I got my dress I am so excited!! Thank u again ❤
I was disappointed but not because of the store, the service, or my attendant. I did not realize how bad I looked in a wedding dress or altogether until I got in front of the mirrors of this store. I did however, find a dress that would fit me and make me look decent - even though it wasn't the dress I preferred - it will work. This is a great place to come. But make an appointment. If you want personalized service, you can't just walk in and expect to have your attendant pay attention to just you.
My experience was great! Abigail at the Lynnwood store helped me and she was so easy going and attentive to my needs! She asked what I had in mind and then if I had pictures(which I did) and went right to work! We were able to figure it out in 3 dresses! Amazing! Or lucky! My mom who was with me was pleased to! The only thing I might offer for improvement would be perhaps bottled water could be offered. That would be a nice touch! Thanks for your service!

The staff was great and very helpful. Christina (in Warren, OH) was easy to work with. She helped myself and 3 other ladies with our dresses. She’s awesome!!
My daughter recently got married and everyone purchased dresses here. The customer service was excellent. Maria helped the bride, seven bridesmaids, mother of the groom, one grandmother and myself to find our perfect dresses. Amy in alterations was wonderful! We had a awesome time here Whitney was who was sign to us and she was very nice and helpful I went in there with my bridesmaid knowing I wanted orange dresses for then but Whitney showed us these other dresses that was orangw and my Bridesmaid and I loved them so I came back the next day and order them I think if it wasn't for Whitney we wouldn't have found the perfect dress and plus I just told Whitney the style dress I like and she pick all the dress out that was exactly what I wanted so thanks again Whitney for all ur hel... read more
