I had such an incredible experience here. I'm from High Prairie 4 hours away and had family visiting, and they were able to book my an appointment promptly! When I got there, I was helped quickly, and the saleslady I had, Lynne, was just amazing. She took what I wanted in a wedding dress and ran with it, and found the absolutely perfect one. Best customer service I have ever seen. I bought a dress from them 3 years ago for a wedding that never came to be. I absolutely loved the dress but if course after 3 years I definitely wasn't going to fit in it anymore.. I went in to see if there was some chance of it getting altered. Sadly there was not. But the staff came to the rescue and allowed me to exchange sizes because they still had my dress being sold!!!
