This store messed up 4 dress orders and 2 altercations (of the same dress) for a bridal party I originally was supposed to pick up my FINISHED dress 1 this past Thursday 6/2/2022. Rude staff. Go anywhere else. Fat shaming seems to be a common occurrence at your store. I know several brides who have experienced this. Staff including the seamstress made comments about the bride’s weight. Don’t carry plus sizes if you’re not going to be inclusive and treat people with respect. This goes for people of all sizes and shapes. Do better! Train your staff and dismiss anyone who exhibits this uncalled for behavior!

Employee Claire offered me her personal number for “meal plans” to help me lose weight WHILE TRYING ON MY WEDDING DRESS. I never once brought up weight loss to her and she openly admitted to “helping other brides” with meal plans. Not only is she self promoting she is preying on the low self esteem of women on a day that should be joyful. I will never again give David’s Bridal my business.

They don't inform you of delays until you check on your late order. They completely failed my fiance and now she has to try and find a new dress on short notice. Absolutely destroyed my fiance due to terrible service and failing at doing their only job. She absolutely loved the dress that they FAILED to produce and she's still getting emails asking her to pay for the dress that they can't fulfill. Was not impressed at all. Pretty much the Walmart of the bridal world. Our dress Consultant was miserable the whole time. We had 4 girls trying on bridesmaid's dresses. She looked like she wanted to be any where but there doing her job. Not one girl got a dress and we scheduled a apt with another bridal store

Rude stylist. Don’t tell the mother of the bridesmaid that she should stay out of it when she is paying for the dress. Took everything I had in me not to tell her off!
