Horrible service when trying on wedding dresses for the first time, ruined my experience. Consultant was never around, she was rude, no one made me feel special or even ASK what I liked or was looking for. I could go on forever about how horrible my experience was. Walked in not knowing we needed an appointment..I mean come on this isn't kleinfelds...anyways, we were browsing and went to the front desk area excited because my future sister in law is getting married and it's a big deal...the lady was like uh do you have an appointment?
