As a plus size mother of the bride I was made to feel by the associate helping me that I was not worthy of the assistance or her attention. My daughter and best friend were with me and they pulled all the dresses. My BFF helped me in and out of dresses and when we found options I thought I would like Deborah was less than helpful to make suggestions. Booked my first wedding dress appointment on a Sunday about 2 weeks ago. I was told on the phone to make an account, and save my favorite dresses so that they would be ready for me to try on at my appt. When I arrived they handed me a printout of the dresses I chose online and told me to choose my top 3. Our appointment at David's bridal in Danbury on Sunday, January 28 at 11 AM looking for three bridesmaids dresses was wonderful Robin was our attendant and she did a fabulous job helping me helping me deal with two teenagers. She helped us find the perfect dresses and the perfect color for the three of them thank you so much for a wonderful experience

My experience was awful, after being pestered on 4 seperate occasions to confirm my appt, twice via email & twice via text when we arrived we had to wait over 15 minutes for our attendant to show up. That the lady that helped us was not well versed in the merchandise and seemed to have to many appointments at once which caused her to neglect others. Overall the experience was unpleasant for everyone in the bridal party.

The consultant didn't listen to what I wanted, she incorrectly sized me three times, and the whole team was short with us and rather rude to my group at the end of our appointment. I've had pleasant experiences at other DB locations, but the Danbury branch is subpar

My daughter and my experience at davids bridal was the worst customer service experience you could imagine. We had a 2pm appointment and it was chaos at the front desk. Karen, the manager, told us it was our lucky day because she was going to help us. She put three dresses in the room for my daughter. She tried on one that was too small.
