The woman helping was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had bought my Mother of the Bride dress there and had the same wonderful experience.
The seamstress were amazing. They made me feel really special. I feel like they went above and beyond. I appreciate them for that.
It was my first time looking at dresses, I knew what I wanted and she found It! Very helpful staff and Sue was lovely and Donna was awesome. Thank you girls.
There is not staff to help us out trying dresses or to provide us with the information regarding sizing and availability the person who was,helping us was overwhelmed she has to help different person so we had to wait a long time so disappointed
People are great, so nice! Made everything nice and easy!
The experience was fast an easy! I had to go a few times for fittings but all were easy and simple and the dress got perfectly.
Great selection of prom dresses. Alterations dept was wonderful!!
Staff was disorganized and didn't have a lot of the dresses in the colors nor sizes we wanted to try. Our assistant was sweet and once she was finally assigned to us, I couldn't even greet my bridrsmaids as the greeter was like a gate keeper and nosily asked me for everything but my first born before she said I could go meet my girls. She didnt walk me over to them or know where they went. Place is chaotic. The manager and the lady helping me were exceptionally helpful. It was a very good experience.
