I have been to your store twice for bridesmaids' dresses (a friend's wedding and my own). My first experience was very positive. The associate was super helpful and organized. We kept all the girls on track, pulling our sizes , and making sure we all had the right dress at the right time. This is why I went back. However, today I felt that our salesperson was not helpful. We had to go pull our own dresses, sizes, and colors. It was chaotic. I was very disappointed in the service today.

Meet with the assigned rep.. seemed nice at willing to help, at 1st.. wasn't getting what I wanted!! Would disappear for long periods of time and would forget what she went looking for. My maid of honor did most of the work and so did the seamstress. Let's say that I will walk out if I get her on my next appointment

Tess has been awesome! She first helped me find the perfect wedding gown and then my bridesmaids the perfect dresses! And then again when I added another bridesmaid! The assistant manager helped me get thick ribbon sashes that are no longer being made. Fantastic all the way around.
