I am being nice by giving three stars. The only reason I am doing so is because shopping and purchasing my gown and my bridesmaid's gowns was very easy, and my salesperson was great to work with. THE ALTERATIONS department, however, needs to practice some time management skills. I came in for a fitting in March, was told to pay in full for the alterations, and got a phone call the day before my final fitting (5/12) saying it wasn't done because a seamstress had called out. My stylist was Kim and she did a remarkable job helping me make my experience enjoyable and fun! She helped me pick out shoes and let me walk around in my dress and shoes to make sure I would be completely comfortable on my wedding day. My dress is so gorgeous and very affordable. You cannot beat it!
They where very helpful, kind and court is. Great selection of gone.
Great customer service ! Felt very comfortable with all the staff while trying on bridesmaid dresses ! I've also purchased all my daughters Christmas, prek, and kindergarten graduation dresses! All of which I love!
