They almost ruined our wedding. Now our brides maids aren’t even going to match as a result of THEIR doing. Furthermore, David’s Bridal messed up my moms dress and sent her a used dress and wouldn’t make good on their mistake so now she doesn’t have a dress for my wedding and my fiancé’s grandmother had an issue with her dress. Thinking of David’s Bridal? Think again and shop around. Highly disappointed. You are dealing with someone’s wedding here.

Horrible experience from start to finish. Way to much to type here but if I had to do it again, I’d pay the little extra and go to a bridal shop. Wrong color, sized wrong, promise dates changed with out notice, bought a new dress and was promised by 3/20 and when I checked on 3/17 it said 5/31. My wedding is 5/14 and no one bothered to call me. When I contacted corporate they said it’s a store level issue and they couldn’t help me but that they don’t have people monitoring every dress order for different dates, it’s impossib... read more

I am so shaken up right now. My very dear friend is getting married again in August. She went to finally pick up her wedding dress and all they did was hand it to her. No thank you! Or thank you for your business. They didn’t offer to help her put the dress on. My girlfriend is very short! She can’t reach the hooks. The girls there were all too busy to help. My daughters best friend came into the Deptford, NJ store today to try on prom gowns. While the attendant was “helping” her, she told my daughters friend that maybe if she ate a salad the dress would fit better. Now who on earth is so cruel and thoughtless to say this to anyone, let alone a self conscious teenager! Very very disappointed!
