I usually do not write bad reviews I cough it up to people having a bad day but what just happened to me today was disgusting. I bought my wedding dress here last year when I found out I was expecting my son. I went to David's last night with one of my closest friends to help me get some inspiration for my wedding dress. When I got there I was asked can I be helped and what I was looking for with an attitude, I said a dress for my wedding. Never ever will I ever come back to this location Customer service - 0/10 I recently purchased my wedding dress with them and had nothing but problems after going to the David’s bridal in the cherry hill area I noticed how well they treated all their customers and decided to buy another dress and my veil from this other location. I live in glassboro therefore going to cherry hill was extremely inconvenient but much less stress making for a much happier bride

Your Deptford NJ location is horrible! I mean absolutely terrible. I don’t even know how they are still in business after the way they treat people. First of all I worked retail for many years and customer service jobs for more than a decade and could not believe the amount of unprofessional coming from this location. I had a lady at deptford that was supposed to be helping my bridesmaids pick a dress my maid of honor found a dress I fell in love with it they didn’t have it in my one bridesmaid size instead of trying on a different size... two weeks later (yesterday) we went to a different David’s bridal and here the bigger size fits the brides maid and then trying to order it they don’t have the other brides maid size. DO NOT go to the Davids Bridal in Deptford, New Jersey. Never in my life have I seen a more mismanaged organization or encountered such horrendous customer service. Not only did they treat my sister and I horribly the first time we went in, but then made another bridesmaid feel terrible when they told her the WRONG wedding date and that she was the only one without a dress. came in last saturday for bridal consult. the worstttt experience ever. there is no mirror in the room you are dressed in so you have no idea what it looks like before you walk into the store full of people. you have to look in mirrors that are doors of other dressing rooms constantly being opened and closed by other customers. my consultant did not listen to anything i said i was looking for. she never clipped any dresses to fit that were clearly too big. never offered cup pads for the bust. just an awful experience. will n... read more
