We had a wonderful experience. Liz was a great sales associate who went above and beyond. She listened to our wants and needs to provide solutions that worked for us. The manager was a excellent support as well.. We had a wonderful time.

With being in customer service all my life I have never met or encountered someone so patient on my life. I was getting married and we decided to just go and have a civil wedding at my parents house . It was very late and I just knew I wasn't going to find anything at 8:30PM. Where do I start, this location is the Best. After a bad experience with David's Bridal in Raleigh NC, the thought of going somewhere else was not sitting well with me. However, this was for my daughter and she was really stressed out as well. So we decided to visit the David's Bridal in Durham NC. The best decision we made. The people there were all so helpful and we enjoyed the time we spent there. Thanks to Lenora, Megan, Kathy and Paula, you guys really ROCK!!
My visit at the store in Durham, NC was a wonderful! The safety protocols (during COVID-19) made me feel safe during the appointment. The managers and the staff were very welcoming and my stylist Sasha was great! The quality of the gowns and the sales DB had going on were amazing. I am so happy that I found the one and can’t wait for my wedding day!!!
After leaving an appointment at Savvi Formalwear & Bridal in which a staff member was very rude and dismissive to me and my bridesmaid, I decided to head over to David's Bridal. Not only were they able to accommodate an earlier appointment for me but we were also able to complete a fitting for my bridesmaid as well. We had an appointment for a bridesmaid. We never saw the person who was supposed to help us. We had to shop on our own and find workers to answer questions if they arose (such as color options). We did find a dress, but never once had someone help us even though we had an appointment and was supposed to have help. Luckily the front desk worker was more than happy to answer our questions. Davids Bridal needs to plan less appointments at the same time because that's why we didn't have help.
