They took me in even though I didn't have an appointment. The salesperson that helped me (I believe her name was Kristin) was super nice, gave me important information about the dress to pass on to the rest of the bridal party, and made the experience quick, which I was looking for since I already knew what dress I was getting.

When I arrived for my appointment for 3::30they pointed me to the dresses. It took 15 to 20 minutes to send sales girl to help me. Then I find couple of dresses to try on she puts them in the dressing room then leaves. Luckily my daughter was there to help . After trying on the dresses my daughter couldn't zip one had to walk around the store and look for salesperson who was suppose to be helping I was ready to buy a dress but I was told that I couldn't order that dress brand new . Everything went well but they did not have a lot of options for my girls in size wise and color that was the only major disappointment other than that good.
