She was extremely thorough from start to finish! She's very personable and was really focused on the goal without any pressure. Lindsay was our assistant and did an AMAZING job, she really helped us create our vision of what the bride wanted for her big day within a very reasonable budget. She was creative, kind and caring. Great staff, great experience.
I went into DB South Ed. Common thinking that I would try on several dresses and go home with nothing. My wedding consultant, Cellene V, helped me pick out 4-5 dresses and we tried them on. One was a definite no thanks 3 were maybe but the 5th dress was perfect. I felt so complete and happy. Yes we cried and she was amazing and so supportive. I went to David's Bridal with my sister to look for her wedding dress, after she had had a few negative experiences other places, with other people telling her that the kind of dress she wanted wouldn't work for her and insisting only a ballgown would. She was pretty sad about the entire thing, and I was worried David's Bridal would be more of the same. Haven't yet gone through the alterations process so I can't attest to the service of that department. The actual dress selection process was great, easy and non-pressured. I was initially hesitant about how expensive wedding dresses seem to be, but my consultant Dawnaleen found some great gowns within my budget. Went there today with my daughter to look for a dress for myself ( mother of the bride) We were treated so wonderful. I was on a budget and was shown dresses from $39.00-$260.00 with absolutely no pressure. Our sales assistant Lorilie was great. I must have tried on at least 10 dresses before deciding. I would highly recommend this store. They made me feel special ���
Could use more staff! Was waiting around a long time just to pick up my daughters grad dress on layaway
I had a few different stylists, and a couple different appointments (so many styles to try on!) I found my wedding dress and it was under budget! (Even better!) can't wait to try it on again and pick it up in a couple weeks. Also, I had a few minor alterations done, and I was quite worried going in, as there are more bad reviews then good reviews over the alterations department. They did a great job on my dress. I would definitely recommend them.
