I was honestly so excited to go to Davids Bridal as I loved their selection online when picking store. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone. When my group arrived it was like we didn't have an appointment as the staff were so unorganized but yet there was 4 people standing around. We walked around and picked out dresses, our consultant said hi to us but she was too preoccupied with her other appointment as they double book all appointments. The consultant was USELESS. This was my first bridal dress store experience. We walked in, we were greeted at the door and signed in for our appointment. They checked us off some list and stared at us until we asked what we were supposed to do, they didn’t answer us so we just walked in. We walked around aimlessly for about 15 minutes, until our consultant, Faith greeted us. She would only let us pick 3 dresses at a time, none of which were the ones she had that I liked online. I came in today to look for my wedding dress. I am from out of town and when I got there 10 minutes before my appointment I asked to use the washroom but was told they are not for customers and to try walking across the parking lot to 5 Guys to see if I could use theirs. The associate did not listen to me when I said what size I am then the appointment ended with me trying on a shorter dress. This store is a joke. I highly recommend avoiding it all costs if you want to have a smooth experience. The first time we went there, as soon as I told the staff (Jody) that I had already purchased a wedding dress elsewhere and would not be getting it altered there, her demeanour changed entirely. I tried on several wedding dresses there as a potential 2nd dress to change into later in the night. where do I even begin... I have 6 bridesmaids, 2 dresses were fine, 1 dress had to be reordered twice because it was the wrong size. 1 dress had to be reordered because it was the wrong colour. 1 dress (maid of honor - which they had her as mother of the bride) was sent the wrong dress entirly. my dress had to be reordered because of the size, plus I think it was just off the rack because the embellishments were all coming off and there were threads everywhere. when my dress finally came in I made sure to try it on and have ... read more

Absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered! Person who called regarding pick up of my dress was rude, inconsiderate, and extremely miserable. I would not recommend buying from this store! I have sent an email.. I hope to receive a response.

Ordered the wrong dresses, sent them to calgary, called and said they were in for the wrong bridesmaids (who live out of town), didn’t order 1 of my junior bridesmaid dresses , told me that sage dresses arrived when I ordered cinnamon dresses, should I go on? 0/5 would not recommend .
