Service we received from the male attendant was terrible. He seemed bothered that we were there. After he brought 4 dresses for my daughter to try on, he lost interest and acted as if she couldn't be pleased. He even remarked to me that he didn't know what else to bring her to try on because she didn't seem to know what she wanted. We left and went to Ella Park Bridal in Newburgh and had a wonderful experience.
Horrible customer service. Dresses do not arrive on time. No notification when dress arrives and consultants want to dismiss you when you have concerns and need alterations. I do not recommend them. Lost all my respect for the company.
Went in there this past weekend. Did not have an appointment. The girl that greeted us looked maybe 16. Obviously this job would be for an older individual with experience. She was very rude and looked at us as if we were just stupid. Told me I could look around, had no idea what size to get and told her. She offered absolutely no help kind words. I will never be back in your store. We walked around about 15 min obviously looking clueless. Not one person helped us.. Awful business!
My rating for your business would and is a 0. We came there looking for a prom dress today. We were treated like we didn't exist. We was told take someone would be right with us, 15 minutes later the girls were getting the dresses to try on without the help of a staff member. Nobody offered to help. I will not recommend your store to anyone. I know my opinion is of only 1, but it is mine. You really need to get qualified staff whose noses are not in the air. Because you all really SUCK.
Will gladly show the pictures of what my dress did to my skin after spending $120 on "custom alterations". The buying experience wasn't bad, however they make it clear if anyone else alters your dress they will not touch it. So we had them alter it and I literally had sores in 3 different places where the dress cut into my skin, after wearing it for only 10 hours.
