my daughter and i were there Saturday 1/18/20 was in the store 45 minutes with 3 different sales ladies within 5 feet of us we were treated EXTREMELY BAD!!NOT one person even spoke to us nor were we greeted as we entered we were literally treated like WHITE TRASH!!!VERY UPSETTING!!!I did speak to the manager before leaving but the damage was done and wont go back had the table been turned me being CAUCASIAN WELL YOU KNOW WHERE THAT WOULD HAVE WENT!!!!HOWEVER THEY ARE THE ONES THAT WILL HAVE TO ANSWER

If you're on a budget and need to get something from the clearance area, don't go here. My daughter and I went just a couple of days ago. The girl that helped us was very rude and even made the remark that she doesn't deal with the clearance aisle. This made my daughter very uncomfortable and embarrassed. We left without purchasing anything and found her a beautiful dress elsewhere.

I had the first appointment of the morning this morning. The girl that decided to help me asked me to look at 3 dresses to pull out to try on so after having to look for her 4x to ask her to pull them she was inconvenienced and didn’t check the sizes so I’m trying on dresses that intentionally didn’t fit. I couldn’t find her to even help me in and out them luckily my friend was with me. Don't give them your phone number. They'll call and harrass you months later, whether you got a dress or not. Really bad way to get customers, just convinced me to not shop there. Apparently this isn't exactly legal and I can talk to someone about this harrassment, as other people already have and have gotten money out of it, but instead I just blocked the number. Be aware of return policy for any retailer before you buy. This place does not accept any returns. I will make sure my daughter never purchases from them again. Also it should be policy for all potential customers to be informed before they look as to what their policy is. That would be professional on their part. It also should be policy not to sell to anyone under the age of 18 due to their lack of speaking of the policy.Not to swoop in and take advantage of a 16 year old. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My biggest complaint is that when asked what size I wore the consultant brought me dresses that were 2-4 sizes too small. I never tried on one dress that was in my actual size. So when it came time to purchase my dress I thought they would measure me to make sure it would fit, I was wrong they just rang me up and said here you go we will call you in Novto come pick it it.
