Went twice HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE once without appointment and was treated HORRIBLE shoved in a room with bunch of dresses and no one around, same the second time around even with an appointment! They were rude and acted as of we were a bother

I have been to DB for multiple occasions and have never had any issues whatsoever! This specific location has been horrible. Several months ago, I ordered a MOH dress from there. The bride and all of us bridesmaids went and got our dresses picked and ordered. I live a few hours away and was told they would call me when the dress was in for me to come and pick up. I am not one to usually complain because I work in a type of customer service! But I am sadden that I wasted the purchase of my wedding dress at this establishment! Need to work on pretty much everything. Customer service And if I may make a suggestion.. Become appointment only. I made an apt a month out and waited 30 MINUTES for a dressing room! Alterations.. I think they need lessons in manners
Rude and hateful employees but a great manager that made it a semi better day for my best friend after she was body shamed and felt horrible in what is supposed to make her feel beautiful. I will not shop for my dress here!
I'm not one to complain, but today when I went to your store, I had the WORST service at any clothing store. As someone who is getting married I want someone who knows what they are doing to help me, but that is not what happened. I walked in the store with people sitting at the table who looked at me in disgust. I told them what I wanted, what I liked, and a picture of what I wanted. I did not get any help with the dresses.
