Sarah and Hwa in the alterations section are amazing! Sarah is new but she makes up for it by being friendly and always keeping a conversation going with you. Hwa has been doing alterations for about 40 years and she is quick, efficient and friendly while doing so. Also knows how to help a pregnant woman relax when she isnt feeling well 😊Â

Jenny was absolutely wonderful! I needed a bridesmaid dress ASAP. She was so friendly, helpful and got me in for an appointment right away. If I could give her 10 stars I would!Â
I like the dress selection but I felt very rushed during my appointment. Rather than slowing down to figure out what I/we were really looking for, the girl would just run off looking for something I barely even mentioned and was totally off track. She seemed like she was just rushing to find us something to get us out of there. Did not feel personal or special there at all. Too franchisey.Â
