A stylist assisted 2 of us at once. I preferred one on one. There was a bunch of boogers and snot on the dressing room wall. I told the manager and she giggled & said they were spring cleaning. Sent me back in that room without cleaning the walls. I won't be back

My experience was very nice. Sales staff were knowledgeable and very nice to work with. Appreciated the alterations specialist helping with dress size ordering.

Personalized service could be better. Was left to shop and try on my own dresses. Go pick a room over there and pointed out. Personel was gathered up front at desk or in colored dresses area chatting or organizing. Was greeted one time only at from door desk. Female was new and pleasant and learning which is ok but her superiors she always had to hunt down for questions she was not able to answer. Lady in alterations has been very friendly and professional thus far.
