Below is why I would not recommend.. I have been in 2 times and have felt pushed aside both times while others get treated different
David's Bridal was amazing when I got married in 2011. Unfortunately, am divorcing and no need to keep wedding dress around so instead of throwing it away, thought I would offer to sell it to anyone interested in buying a one time used wedding dress. For more details, message me.
worst customer service, never have I experienced such a thing. They never atended me they just chit chatted and wasted my dam time for an hour ijust walked out

Rude employees and bad customer service. Do not recommend. There are several other bridal shops nearby go there instead.

The customer service needs work... reps should be attentive to the customers and be informed on the products in which are being offered. It’s disorganized.

You can find low prices but, you get what you pay for. SO MANY unnecessary issues through the process of getting my dress and dresses for my wedding party that ruined my experience. One of MANY examples was one of my bridesmaids getting a call that my paid in full wedding dress would be sent back if I didn’t pick it up in the next couple days and they had NOT even talked to me to let me know it had come in a month early. While the employees we’ve experienced have been great, it’s too bad that a full service bride/bridesmaid store is as disorganized as this one. Don’t get me wrong, the girls who helped us were phenomenal. Management here seems to be about overloading their employees instead of helping them. Last time we were here, the employee was helping our four girls AND a bride from another wedding, all while Management stood at the front doing nothing.
