Our stylists was extremely sweet & I felt extremely bad that I didn't like anything I tried on. I mean it's not her fault that their selection is not up to parr- everything was super GENERIC.

Everything had been going well till I showed up to my alterations appointment 10 minutes early. The staff told me that the alterations lady just took someone in and they would be with me in a minute. 30 minutes later I'm still waiting. I ask what's going on and the staff member goes to look and says it will be 30 minutes longer, since the girl in front of me was late. They suggested I reschedule my appointment. I argued since I work and live a half hour away. I got seen an hour late of my appointment and I did get a small d... read more

Teagan was amazing! She was so helpful and understanding! She gets five stars!!! The store, however, is in need of a desperate update-duck taped carpet, run-down furniture, just over all run down. They didn't have any of the dresses I wanted to try on that I picked from their site. Again, Teagan made this experience a positive one!

The customer service is seriously the worst. We arrived 15 minutes early and then waited till 20 minutes past our scheduled time. Finally they call us back Britney showed us to a dressing room where another bride was still in so we waited again another 15 minutes. It was very crowed so much to the point the bride to be's mother whom was in a wheelchair could not fit or see. We had an appointment. We got there on time. We waited for 20-30 minutes for the lady to help us. When she started helping us she helped the bride get the dress she wanted then got our bridesmaids dresses. We tried them on. We didn't see her again til another group of bridesmaids came in. I had the dress on. My clothes and my purse was still in the dressing room when she came back around and put someone elses name on my room. I've been to this location 2 times in the past week (with 2 more appointments scheduled in the next upcoming weeks). Age: 29 Plus Size Wedding: 10/8/17 (in 7 months) Shopping for: Bridal gown & bridesmaid dresses My first time here, I felt like "walk-ins" received more attention (were priority) than ppl such as myself who had a scheduled appointment. Chinese dresses, 1000% mark-up, and Friggin rude. For a first time visitor, you should not have judged me for wearing jeans, even though they cost the same as your Chinese dresses. Shame on you. Wal-Mart in disguise.

My experience today was absolutely terrible I will NEVER EVER EVER shop there again. My consultant only brought me two dresses. My family had to go and find the rest and then when she was supposed to help me she decided to help someone else instead of me. I ended up leaving without even saying anything. Not even worth my two hours being there just to try on 5 dresses and that's with having a appointment. The only reason why I gave a star is because I have to but if I could I wouldn't be giving anything.
