Horrible experience. It was as though our budget wasn't large enough they had no time for us. The bride next to us,her budget was $2000.00 they provided her great service.
My experience wasn't good but I guess it wasn't bad. We were taken care of when we first came in the store to look for bridesmaid dresses but when it was time to try on dresses it went south. The staff who measured my girls didn't get their sizes right and pulled dresses that were too small and too big. Then she left us to try on dresses but didn't come back for half an hour. I think they could have had given us better service. Even though the manager did help us. After I went up to the desk and ask for one. I think it's rude that the girl helping you gives you dresses you didn't even ask for. And didn't come back to check on us. Until I talked to the manager. I hope you train yur staff better for future customers. Sorry but this is how I felt. And I normally don't complain. But my daughter was looking for brides maids dresses. Carissa was awesome. I was nervous and over whelmed at first. Carissa was my advisor. She saw my examples and the first dress she pulled was the one! I tried on a few but just kept thinking about the first one. Carissa was patient and she listened. They also honored an online coupon on top of their weekend special.
Sales associate's are rude. I was measures there and ordered the dress online. When I got the dress the measurements were way off. When I called to see if they cited order me a bigger size asap because the wedding is in 3 weeks. She said no there isn't enough time and i needed to bring out in to get it altered. She said she couldn't give me a price range because she didn't know the prices but it would be an extra $25 to put a rush on it. No apologies for the horrible measurements they gave me. I had a horrible experience there. Found the perfect wedding dress but notices some dirty areas on it. Sales person assured me it would be spot cleaned and the beading checked. The dress would be ready in two weeks. Went back two weeks later. Beading not check nor was dressed clean. Store manage said she signed off on it... Really? Had to point out the areas that weren't clean and in the process found other areas. I left the dress for me more week. Went back in and checked the dress again. Well same thing. My consultant "Amanda" refused to wait on me :( She really took what was going to be a special day and made me feel that I was less than worthy because of my appearance. The only reason I'm giving a review is because the girl who worked at the front making the appointments tried really hard to get me help. I wish she had been a bridal consultant
