I called the store ahead of time (twice) to ask if they could have my bridesmaid dress steamed and ready to go when I brought my daughters in to get their alterations done. It was NOT done. Then the alterations lady was rude when I tried to explain how the original lady said she was going to alter the flower girl dresses. She also got snippy when she thought one of the dresses wasn't bought at Davids Bridal.
