Let me start by saying the first night we went to David’s Bridal went very well. They were very helpful with my sister, put her at ease, and helped her find the perfect wedding dress. However, we weren’t able to find our bridesmaids dresses before close so we came back the second night and that’s where it goes down hill. First, when my sister and I walked in and explained that we were there the previous night and we had to come back to find our bridesmaids dresses since we ran out of time .. the lady laughed and walked away.... read more

We had renee for our bridal party appt. She was double booked. She had a bride looking for her wedding dress. Plus me and my 6 girls coming in at the same time. She was no help. She was with the other bride the entire time. We found another employee she was organizing dresses. We asked for her help. And she got us everything we needed and took our measurements. I felt like I was in a closet. I didn’t feel like a bride or did they make me feel like one. I felt like I was more of a bother than anything. When I told them the style I liked, they acted like they didn’t have anything for me. After trying on 5 dresses I left. It was a waste of my time.

I will never recommend anyone to this place. Management and Corporate are sooo unprofessional!

The customer service is very lacking. I made an appointment for my bridesmaids to get fitted. Our "style person" seemed incredibly distracted and had to keep asking repeatedly what dresses and colors I needed. My bridesmaids felt more like an annoyance to the style person and I felt like we weren't important. The only reason we didn't walk out is the style of bridesmaid dresses I wanted is only sold at David's and my Mom fell in love with her mother-of-the-bride dress there. Gave them 1 star because 0 stars wasn't an option! Last week, my fiance went to David's Bridal. She was there to look at Brides Maid dresses for her daughter's. She was ignored by the white ladies working there; ( who broke their necks to help another white lady who came in after her )! When she called them on their actions, they became disrespectful to her, which only infuriated her more. I want consumers to know about the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE of David's Bridal employees, in particular...MICHELLE MIZZELL. Yesterday, when myself, my two teen daughters and niece came into the store, we were blatantly ignored by one staff member while we were standing and patiently waiting for her to finish up a conversation with another lady (believed to just be a friend she was shooting the breeze with). My experience with David’s Bridal has been pretty miserable. I went in last fall to pick out and order my dress for my friend’s wedding, and after several dresses, I settled on one. I checked over and over for verification that the dress would come in the color I needed, and I was told multiple times that it would. Upon checkout, I was told that it did not come in my color and that I would have to pick out a different dress. Let me start by saying a girl who helped her was very nice and good at her job. My daughter purchased a dress there yesterday for her 2nd wedding at the courthouse. She was trying to keep her cost down so she purchased a dress for $200 (regular price). She was not told that they have a no return policy until after she paid for the dress. She then went to Macys to look for some other things and happen to see the same dress there for $129 (regular price) and she probably could have used a coupon.
