Brittany M was such a joy to work with today, she helped us so much in deciding what dress to buy.
Jessica was my daughter's consultant and did an amazing job. We said yes to a dress and the whole experience was exceptional. They celebrated with us and we all cried together.
Kaitlyn was amazing. She was very patient and understanding of what I was looking for and wanted. She offered suggestions I loved and was able to include my family. She was in no rush and let me take my time to try and decide. She was friendly and I felt very comfortable with her. I would recommend Kaitlyn Mitchell!
Kayla at David's Bridal was great! I am not comfortable with lots of attention or trying on dresses and making a big deal of it, I am very modest. She was awesome. Helped me pick the perfect dress and gave me plenty of options to make that decision. Very happy bride. Thank you Kayla!
I bought my wedding dress, but had to put it on lay way. I had over all good customer service there. No complaints and my bridesmaids and I are setting up a date soon to go look at their dresses.
I'm not entirely sure what the hype is about David's Bridal, but I did not sense that at all. Maybe it's the cheaper prices they have? I don't know. If you're looking for a place that feels like they're all about you, this really isn't it. You have to find all the gowns to try on yourself. They don't help you in and out of your gowns besides zipping and unzipping. The clips weren't put on correctly so everything still looked loose on me.
