Made an appointment for mother of the bride dress. Upon arrival I was told to look through the rack. No explanation on colors, size options, order lead time. I pulled about 6 dresses and the sales rep came back and showed me to a dressing room( I carried the selected dresses). That was about the last I saw or heard from the sales person except as I went out to look in a mirror she yelled over” that one looks nice on you”. As I left she yelled over again. “ did you find anything... maybe try Dillard’s”

I was looking for a mother of the bride dress and Kara was Extremely helpful!! I wasn’t even sure what exactly I wanted. I just knew I wanted some bling. She helped me pick out at least a dozen dresses. She zipped and unzipped every one of them for me. She took pictures of the front and back of all of them, so that my family could help me choose which one. She offed suggestions etc. She then held my 2 favorites as well as 2 pairs of shoes for me. This was supposed to be an amazing experience for my daughter trying to find her prom dress, nope everyone we met was extremely rude, even the managers, I will never go to the Hulen Ft Worth store again, they act as if you are a plus size that your $ isn’t as good as the skinny size 2. Well we ended up going to the Waco store who catered to my daughter and found her that perfect dress. They definitely went above and beyond unlike the Hulen store.

Oh my gosh! I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Tram!!! I went in several times to try on my dress during alterations, and each time we discussed that she might have to put in a corset back to fit me. I reallllllly didn’t want this, but I knew that she could only do so much. I just came in today to pick up my dress from it’s final alteration, and she did it!! Those of you thinking of using David's Bridal for anything, don't. Their customer service is awful. My bridesmaids dress was ordered November 3rd. Called a few weeks ago, asking where it was. Informed it was on backorder. Ok, would have been nice to know that the dress was going to take 3+ months. We were never informed of that. Today, one of the other bridesmaids called, our dresses have been in for over a week now. When asked why we weren't notified, they said it is the customer's responsibility. our saleslady veronica was rude and not at all helpful. my sister was trying on dresses and had to keep coming out to get us to zip or button up a dress. i thought that was their job?

When I went to find my wedding dress, I had the best associate, she was helpful and paid attention to me even though she was running in between me and another bride. She answered all my questions fully & helped ease my anxiety about finding the right dress. I couldn’t have been happier that day. I can not believe this is how y’all have treated my mom! Here is what she has to say about it! David’s Bridal stinks!!! � Came to pick up my gown...it’s ruined and can’t be fixed.
