I went in about 2 months ago. The sales person ( dont remember her name) said it was crucial that I get on some special payment plan because the dress I picked was gonna take a while to ship, 15 weeks. I said okay and got on the plan. When the due date came they called several times saying I wouldn't get my dress in time, im getting married Sept 2018, but I knew I had time so I waited 2 weeks to be exact. The dress I got was beautiful at the right price point, but the service was not good. It was not busy at all. Only two people were in the store but I had to get the other customer to zip me up. The lady who helped me when I got there was not the friendliest. Beautiful dresses bad service.

we went in Saturday it was so busy which is fine but one hour and a half later I was told I have 15 minutes left which made me feel like I was being pushed out! the consultant was nice. as far as the Hurst location they are rude made me feel like they couldn't help me because I had no appt it was a Tuesday and there was 2 other brides there....and people behind the counter doing nothing.

I pretty much found what I wanted on my own when I told the girl that helped me and I can't remember her name she just pointed in the direction for me to look didn't really help me find the color I needed. Had to get a customer to help me zip up.... I felt I was not considered as important as the bride's that were in there trying on dresses since I was just the mother of a bride. I will say the dress I got is beautiful and the price was right

This past weekend my sister, my mother, grandmother and I went to look for my sisters maid of honor dress. The place was an absolute zoo! I know it was Saturday afternoon, but the amount of people there was slightly ridiculous. Our consultant, Anastasia, always clearly brand new. The staff was great, I do think the lady that checks in the events was very rude when I asked her if she could call someone to check us out ( we had been waiting about 10 min. ) it's not what she said, it's the way she said it.
Service was terrible. Most of the dresses were in awful shape. The fastest they could order a dress was over 6 weeks.
