Had the most wonderful experience at David’s Bridal Braehead! I have purchased both my own dress and bridesmaids dresses from the store. We were served by Charrissa on both occasions and she couldn’t have been more lovely and helpful. She listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and made the the whole experience so positive. this was my first experience I could share with all my bridesmaids and unfortunately it was a pretty underwhelming one. Beforehand, we were advised to choose a maximum of 3 dress to try on and had our styles ready when we arrived. I thought we’d be allocated a stylist to choose the dresses for us (or 2 stylists as we were essentially 2 parties) however we were left to look for the dresses ourselves. Went for an appt with my sister who's getting married next year, Tracey helped us she was amazing and had loads of knowledge about the dresses and helped with a beautiful veil. Tracey was really helpful and my sister said yes to the dress

I have visited the store the last two weekends in search of my dream dress. Having been in another bridal store before my first visit that I wasn't that impressed with I was pleasantly welcomed into a bright and airy store. Chloe introduced herself and ran me through the process of the appointment then left me to have a look around and chose any dresses that I wanted to try on. Rachel was absolutely amazing with me, I’ve never been to a bridal store before so it was quite scary to see all the bridal gowns. But Rachel put me at such ease and was just amazing with everything! Got my dream wedding gown and so happy! Amazing customer service!
