If I could give thema zero rating I would. I have so much to say so I will save it for a blog post. I received horrendous service especially towards the end. Deceived about the size of my dress and told the wrong price. I have already issued a formal complaint and will be writing my full experience on social media for everyone to learn from my experience. Extremely unhelpful and deceptive staff.

Went in to Braehead on Monday 12/2/18 with my Daughter to look at wedding dresses and would like to thank Chloe for finding her the perfect dress. Nothing was a bother to her and she found a dress we wouldn't have looked at on the hanger but it was perfect for her. Thanks again for your help Chloe.

My Daughter was apprehensive about trying on Wedding Dresses however Claire gave her so much confidence it enabled her to enjoy the whole experience. Her chosen dress was beautiful but my Daughter wanted to add sleeves. Emma from the alterations department designed and made the most beautiful sleeves just exactly as my daughter had described. This Bridal Store has been exceptionally helpful and made the whole experience good fun. We can't thank you enough. Gail and Elmax

I visited the Glasgow store and Selina was fabulous! It was my first experience of dress shopping and she made the whole experience so fantastic and enjoyable. Not to mention - I found my dream dress! Thank you so much!!
