Few issues here. The girl who helped me find my dress was incredible but after that was kind of a mess. I've never gotten married before so I don't know when a good time for alterations is. I let the store tell me and then schedule me and then when I went for my appointment it was way too close for me to be able to shop around on alterations prices.... Pretty sure that was on purpose. Purchased my daughters wedding dress and my mother of the bride dress from David’s Bridal. So happy and pleased with the quality of our dresses. The customers service was amazing and the alterations department was outstanding with their service. I needed some additional alterations and they made sure to have everything fixed as prompt as possible. Would recommend!

My overall experience was pleasant . My feedback would be if you set an appointment don’t be at lunch when the customer arrives on time. I was asked by the store manager Chardonnay to go shop and come back . I didn’t make a big deal out of it , but it was inconvenient and unprofessional. On a positive note, I’m happy with my dress and the custom sash she made for me .
