Nia was the prettiest helper I’ve ever had, she helped me pick out my dream dress and even said how good my figure looked in it. She was so kind and helpful will be returning again!

Oh my goodness. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Hannah and Shantelle. I hope I spelled those correct. I have raved about them to my family since I left the store at Arrowhead. They provided the exact experience I have been hoping and praying for as a bride! Jacklynn was AMAZING and took care of us like an absolute pro! She is knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond our expectations! The day started out on a bad note due to a previous appointment with another bridal store and Jacklynn was the answer to our prayers! The best part is I FOUND MY DRESS!!! We had one lady start our bridesmaid appointment with us. She was a bit soft spoken and didn't say much. She pulled our dresses and stuck around for a bit. Then she disappeared. She never said she was going to be right back or that she was working with another client. Just bailed. When we needed other sizes, we had to ask the managers on the floor because we didn't know where she was. We finally hunted her down when we needed some clips to hold some dresses to the right size. HEED MY WARNING BRIDES-TO-BE: Under absolutely NO circumstances should you have your wedding dress altered at this location (Glendale, AZ) even if they offer you a discount!!! You may very well end up paying more money for alterations than you did for the dress!
