Never really have had an issue except when I was looking a second dress and the lady was more involved with someone else vs myself when I took time to schedule appt. She had to be told twice that she had a 630 appt (myself) for second dress. Another picked up her slacked so I wouldn't feel neglected lol.
They don't even deserve 1 star. Too bad you can't put 0. I have never had such continual bad experiences than I have with Davids Bridal in Greenville, NC. I will start from the beginning. I initially went in to look for wedding dresses, with an appointment, in September of 2016. Everything I asked for the consultant brought me the complete opposite. I had a bad experience afterni visited the Raleigh Store. I made the appointment online for the whole bridal party which i thought included me. Well it didnt. We still found a bridesmaid dress. We had time left over so we started looking for a bridal gown. I was told by the manager that i couldnt look at dress because i couldn't try them on because i didnt have a consultant. Wasn't really impressed they did not fit our needs!
We had Valerie as our consultant and while she was very sweet, nonpushy, and easy to work with, she had 4 other brides she was helping. I was highly pissed off that I had to make an appointment, confirm that appointment multiple times and then to not even have a consultant to myself. She was very apologetic and explained to us that 3 people didn't show up for work. While that's fine, this was an important day and the brides should be catered too in every way. It was, on David's Bridals end, an enjoyable experience.
If your consultant's name is Rachel, ask for someone else.
Kind of weird experience. Took my daughter's bridal party, grandmothers & future inlaws to pick the wedding dress & bridesmaid dresses. The consultant was ok but tried to sell us the floor sample??? There were no chairs for anyone to sit in (something about exceeding fire code)?? The bridesmaids consultant was completely disinterested. The bridal consultant told us we needed to go ahead and order so she could get off early??
