My experience with this location was poor. The attendant ordered the wrong wedding dress (wrong color and style). I learned this after picking up the dress just 3 weeks before my wedding. Thankfully, the correct dress was ordered and expedited from the manufacture just 1.5 weeks before my wedding. However, this left with me with little time for alterations. Wouldn’t recommend the one in greenwood Indiana. Not a very friendly or helpful staff.
They treated my sister like crap because she is a plus sized girl. Do not go to David’s bridal in Greenwood for wedding dress shopping

Their alterations department is a mess. I went in originally to get my wedding dress hemmed. It was too long. Easy fix? No. Nightmare. My first 2 appointments went great. Angie is amazing. Then she would call me saying “my dress is crooked, can I come in.” I get to my last appointment, where my dress is suppose to be DONE. Nope. Still “crooked.” I try it on and it won’t zip. Not during covid 19 guildlines might I say it's not their fault however not an enjoyable thing to do if you can wait I highly suggest it .
If you or anyone you know is getting ready to use David’s Bridal for a wedding or bridesmaid dress PLEASE DONT. 2/5 of my bridesmaid dresses that were ordered in January for my 6/20/20 wedding have somehow been “lost.” They we’re supposed to arrive June 8th at the latest. I have called almost everyday that they have been open since that day to get them picked up and have been told repeatedly that they would be in tomorrow or they had a shipment that day and would call me after and I never heard anything back. Consumer be aware: David's Bridal is NOT the place to shop for your wedding nor your wedding party. I have been in many weddings now, and the majority of them have been an absolute disaster when it comes to David's Bridal. The store hours are inaccurate. I drove to this location to pick-up my dress as directed on the telephone during the business hours, and the store closed early without indication - only a sign on the door.
