This place makes me so angry. Beginning to end. I went in because I saw a dress in their site that I absolutely loved. I drove over an hour for this dress. When I got there I had to be the one to find it because the lady said they didn’t have that dress but their site said they were in stock so I decided to look. (This was after waiting 45 minutes after my appointment started because they couldn’t find her). I found my dress and she just disappeared again. The employees that were sitting at the check in table were very unfriendly and unwelcoming! For brides/bridesmaids that spend hundreds of dollars on dresses/accessories/shoes etc. you would think the employees would make their customers experience unforgettable! And even though myself and bridesmaids bought their dresses at Davids Bridal I️ wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone!

Your employees are completely rude!! I went with my mom to get a wedding dress yesterday. We did not know you needed an appointment and the girls trying to squeeze us in were little snots. It was as if they were being judgemental. Yes, they were able to squeeze us in but our helper was just as bad. Acting as though she didn't want to help, picking out the most hideous dresses. Btw, my mom and I we found a few to try on. Before trying them on, mother stated she needed to use the restroom. Comes out and tells our helper there ... read more

Not pleased with the consultant we had last night not friendly or helpful place was very unorganized even with a appointment my daughter found a dress but we may try the one in Bloomington do to the consultant we had at Greenood

The David's Bridal in Greenwood ! They are welcoming and warming Smiles all throughout the store & pleasant � Oh but Castleton is horrible may you feel low and very rude ! I walked out & never looked back !! Thank You Greenwood Workers ....keep smiling , never know where someone mind is at or going !��
