I brought my daughter and her best friend prom dress shopping. the friend didn't know she had an appointment or was getting a dress that day. Ariana went above and beyond to make the day perfect. Both girls found their dream dress.

The Ladies at this location were amazing!! I was very over overwhelmed, and extremely exhausted.... looking for something that suits me and my liking... & they took a lot of pressure off me!! Made things workout for me so that I was & am able to have to the dress that I desired!!! Also I want to absolutely thank Madison S. For jumping right in!! & offering The corset alterations!! She’s a wonderful delight!! Very Patient and courteous & professional throughout my whole shopping....experience

If you are looking to spend less than $200 do it online . The store literally has nothing less than $299 on the sales racks. I need a size 14/16 and there were two dresses on the sales racks and neither were under $200. Pretty disappointed.

the front office staff was very rude and seemed inconvenienced by my call. I needed to order a dress and ship it to a closer store for the wedding. they said it was impossible to ship to another store, but I could ship to my home. I said let's do that, they were offering free shipping. they said I would have to pay the shipping fee. I spoke to the manager who was just as rude and spoke over me and raised her voice several times. the call ended when the manager slammed the phone in my ear. won't be doing business with them ag... read more

I was invited to be a bridesmaid a while back in a wedding I’m no longer attending. Before I knew I wouldn’t be attending the wedding, I had already ordered my dress, paid for with my own money (everyone in the bridal party paid for their own dresses). When it was decided I was not going to be in the wedding, I called the store asking if I would be able to cancel my order or return the dress when it came in. hannah was absolutely amazing she was helpfully in everything we did didnt have an appointment and she just got us in and found the dress and I'm so happy with what she has done but did have a question and the lady at the door answered the phones was as rude, it's our day not urs dont bring ur negative vibe here hannah needs a raise
