Went to get sized and ordered a dress for my friends wedding in November. It was busy hut i made an appointment and my consultant (i believe her name was jeanine?) Helped me and made sure i was sized in the correct size to be comfortable for the day of. Also got $30 off deal on the dress which was great!!
My experience at David’s Bridal in Hamilton was very mixed. My group and I were shopping for bridesmaid dresses and were practically left on our own to look at styles. Our consultant basically just ran the styles to the change room and got us new sizes as needed. There was no real help or offering of suggestions for styles which was fine as the bride had an idea of what she wanted. I really enjoyed shopping for my dress at David’s Bridal. My consultant was great, she worked with me and helped me figure out what exactly I was trying to go for and what dresses best suited that. She was wonderfully kind and patient. And I stayed well under budget! My only complaint is that they over booked my consultant. She tried her best, but as the more laid back bride I was pushed aside. Understandable, I’m not angry, but I would recommend taking a day off and going on a weekday afternoon.
I am a mother of a bride and I had a hard time finding a dress until today. I went to David's bridal and Carlene was so kind and patient and helpful and in fact she showed me a dress I never would have chosen myself and I love it! My search is over and I highly recommend Carlene! Linda

The consultant was absolutely wonderful, she was very helpful and suggested things that we didn’t think of. The variety of dresses to choose from was great. All around a wonderful experience

Danielle is amazing !!! I would highly recommend her to anyone. She listened to me, and picked out my entire wedding attire (literally head to toe) in minutes. She is so knowledgeable and good at what she does. Not only that, but she really went completely above and beyond for us. All of the other staff there were so helpful and nice as well. They also fit me in last minute (same day appointment) which I am really grateful for.
