My daughter had the best experience today shopping for her first homecoming dress. Ms Camille helped her pick out dresses but the first one tried on was the winner. Ms Yolanda made sure my baby girl got her alterations same day so she could leave with her dress today. I have been in David’s Bridal several times in the past 9 months. With every visit, we have been treated with kindness from all of the employees. They were always so accommodating, and they truly made me feel like a special bride. I found my dress here, had alterations done, and all of those in-between bridal things. I definitely recommend David’s Bridal for any bride-to-be!
Neshae was absolutely amazing
Miss Yolanda, seamstress at the Hampton Virginia Coliseum Crossing location, provided my daughter with exceptional service. Just days before the wedding we discovered my daughter couldn’t fit into her gown. We called the store, explained our dilemma and were provided with an emergency appointment. Miss Yolanda greeted us shortly after arrival and assured us she could resolve the matter. She quickly took her measurements and arranged a special pickup date in time for the wedding. Inam altered my dress she was phenomenal...great customer service especially since my dress came in late... a week before the wedding...thank you so much for your hospitality
Had to get alterations done on my wedding dress and had the best seamstress, Yolanda. She was very knowledgeable and was extremely experienced in this field. She was a pleasure to work with today and made my experience a good one.
