Hanan in alterations was fantastic! I added on sleeves to my dress and she made sure they were exactly what I wanted. She was attentive and was sure to give me my dress in a timely fashion. Definitely recommend!
Four years ago I took my daughter there and had a great experience on getting her wedding dress. Recently in the last two years it has been so uncomfortable. Especially management has an attitude and their sassy. Very disrespectful. I work in retail I understand you under a lot of stress but you’re going there for a special occasion. Eren from alterations was simply amazing. She was so professional and patient with me. I had gained some weight and needed to get my gown let out and she never made me feel awkward or embarrassed. She knows her stuff and I am so excited to see how my gown will look. I would definitely refer her to anyone!
Tamara was great! She was very helpful, she took her time helping me pick the right dress. Made my entire family feel comfortable and welcomed. I would highly recommend her.

I was left alone to help my MOH to find a dress. Very unprofessional experience. The person I made the appointment with left and was not there at all. The store manager kept leaving us to find things on our own I love the dresses but the employees were not professional at all. The cashier was very helpful though!
