My best friends dress was ordered in the wrong color. When this was noticed, she called and had it fixed. They didn’t fix it. 3 weeks later they finally fix it and the due date went from a month and a half before the wedding to 4 days before! The store manager has been horrible and rude. I could go on and on. This experience has been awful for the bride.

a friend of mine paid for bridesmaid dress that came in wrinkled. shebasked if they could steam it considering she bought it from them as well as the other bridesmaids and the bride and she was told she had to pay 25 additional dollars to have it steamed. she then called to speak with someone about the fact that she was being asked to pay for it to be steam and at some point she was hung up on! This is very unacceptable considering how much money they just spent there! absolutely unprofessional!

I would not recommend Davids Bridal. Visited the store the store in early March and placed an order for my daughter’s prom dress. We were advised that it was “in stock from their warehouse” and it would arrive by the end of March at the latest. End of March arrives- no dress. Call the store to inquire and am told initially that it would arrive by mid April which not give enough time for alterations and then was told that it would be in by April 11th. When this occurs however, the dress needs to pass a detailed quality assurance check to assure it is up to standard before being shipped. Wow where to even start. We walked in to our appointment, and the associate assigned to us while polite did not pay attention. We gave the date of the wedding and we’re told the dresses we would pick out would be sorted through to make sure they would be in before the wedding. They could answer requests sent to them. They sent up a virtual assistant that is not assisting people. No communication, no response, no updates on websites and all they put in their Facebook posts are please be patient. Brides and their bridal parties don't want patient, they want answers and their dresses. You owe them a response and it needs to be a timely response. No excuses!
Absolutely worst dress ordering experience ever. Being told dresses won’t be in on time, online says one thing, manager in store says another. No order confirmation, customer service takes forever. Save yourself the trouble and order online and then deal with the in store bull crap. Never again.
