My wife had an appointment this morning to look for a mother of the bride dress and the experience was horrible! Maddy, a consultant greeted us with an attitude and wasn't really listening when my wife told her why we were there. Maddy was absolutely amazing! She made the dress shopping experience better than I could have imagined. She took into consideration my desires for a dress and used those to find the dress of my dreams! I could not recommend her (or this store) enough!!

I have had such a great experience working with this location in altering my wedding dress. Every step of the way they were so accommodating and helpful with everything I needed. I had to ship my dress from FL to PA to get it altered here and they made the process a breeze. Nora is the alterations specialist I worked with and she is an absolute dream! I went in to look for a last minute dress for my wedding, and the employee at the front desk was very frosty from the moment we walked in. I was just there to browse the non-wedding dress side of the store. I didn’t make an appointment due to the short time crunch I’m on, and also wasn’t asking to try on wedding dresses because I knew you needed an appointment for that. My daughter and I made appointments to look for dresses for a black tie wedding we are attending. The appointments were made independently of each other and there was no reason for staff to think we were together. We arrived at the Harrisburg store separately. My daughter and I greeted each other and from then on, it was like we were on our own. We were not given separate try on rooms.
