I just wanted to come on here and say how amazing Erin S. is! I went into my appointment to try on wedding dresses anxious. I didn't know what to expect as a plus sized bride. Erin made me feel so comfortable. She answered all of my questions with honesty. While my friends and family who were with me were brutally honest (I asked them to be), she reminded me while in the dressing room that if I love a dress and the people with me were on the fence about it, that it was okay to still love the dress. Assistant seemed competent in knowing what dresses to pull from the rack for me even if they weren't ones I had originally picked out. She was patient with me while trying on the dresses. I would highly recomend David's bridal

Love the wedding dress that I purchased but not impressed with the store's overall customer service - was given 3 different times for my alterations appointment: one written on a business card when scheduled, a second in a reminder email, and a third when I called to settle my confusion. Very disorganized!

Reasonable price and good service for the bridal gown. Not as helpful for the bridal party and Mother's dress.

I wanted a specific style of dress. I found what I wanted, but wanted some color in the sash and ribbon in back, so the alterations department made it happen. The sales lady worked patiently with me and grasped what I wanted and made it happen. Great team to work with when trying to decide what style to buy.

I ordered my wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses from this store, though worked with several stores throughout the process. The wedding dress: Staff member was wonderful in helping me find a dress (on sale at that). Came in quickly and was exactly as ordered. When my dress was first altered, the alterations department thought it was okay to roll the top of the shoulders and just re-sew. I had a really great experience from start to finish. I went in and tried on about a dozen dresses and had the store to myself. It was so much fun. My dress was too big when it came in and the York store allowed me to exchange it for a smaller size. I needed no alterations and still was able to get my dress steamed for free while I waited at the Tampa, FL store when I flew down for my destination wedding. Overall, no complaints. Great experience and my dress was wonderful!

I had pick out my dress at the Davids Bridal in Freehold, NJ, but I live near Harrisburg, PA. So I was alittle nervous at first going to a different store to have my alterations done at, but I quickly felt a sigh of relief once I arrived at the Harrisburg location. What a great group of woman that work there, from the manager, to the sales staff, to the alterations staff.
