I just wanted to come on here and say how amazing Erin S. is! I went into my appointment to try on wedding dresses anxious. I didn't know what to expect as a plus sized bride. Erin made me feel so comfortable. She answered all of my questions with honesty. While my friends and family who were with me were brutally honest (I asked them to be), she reminded me while in the dressing room that if I love a dress and the people with me were on the fence about it, that it was okay to still love the dress. After reading negative reviews on The Knot and other sites about this particular David's Bridal, I felt I had to share my very positive experience from this past weekend. I scheduled two back-to-back appointments for my own bridal dress shopping and for my bridesmaids to select their dresses. My bridesmaids and flowers girls bought their dresses online after trying them on in the store. The dresses came within a few days after placing the order. However, they failed to tell them in the store that the dresses run smaller since the dresses on the racks are stretched out from others trying them on daily. My matron of honor went to exchange the dress for one size bigger but since she bought it online, they would not help her or assist in any way. Love the wedding dress that I purchased but not impressed with the store's overall customer service - was given 3 different times for my alterations appointment: one written on a business card when scheduled, a second in a reminder email, and a third when I called to settle my confusion. Very disorganized!

Excellent service and wedding dress selection! I had a wonderful time picking my dress and it was easy to get alterations that were perfect. The mother of the bride and mother of the groom both got their dresses there as well, and had an excellent experience.
