I have had such a great experience working with this location in altering my wedding dress. Every step of the way they were so accommodating and helpful with everything I needed. I had to ship my dress from FL to PA to get it altered here and they made the process a breeze. Nora is the alterations specialist I worked with and she is an absolute dream! My daughter and I made appointments to look for dresses for a black tie wedding we are attending. The appointments were made independently of each other and there was no reason for staff to think we were together. We arrived at the Harrisburg store separately. My daughter and I greeted each other and from then on, it was like we were on our own. We were not given separate try on rooms. I had a great experience at David’s Bridal of Harrisburg! I not only bought my wedding dress with them, but selected my bridesmaids dresses and my mother’s dress as well. Scheduling appointments was easy, so we decided to have all of our dresses altered with the store as well. Alterations staff was friendly and open to making small alterations on the spot during the try ons. I would recommend the store and alterations department!

Nora in alterations is an absolute angel! She is so sweet and friendly. When I had an issue with getting a specific type of sleeve for my wedding dress, she ended up customizing a sleeve for me with extra material from my dress. She even sent me a picture of the placement before completing it! She was such a pleasure to work with and she made my dress so beautiful!

We went in to try on Wedding dresses for the first time and worked with Grace. She was absolutely wonderful to work with! So helpful, funny and kind, and gave us enough space where we all felt so comfortable. She was so helpful that my sister found THE DRESS on our first appointment!
