Worst place ever! Rude, unhappy employee helped my daughter. She was annoyed and not happy to do her job. One lady was very nice, we sat on the floor and just all around not a happy place .
Preface: I called them before I left this review to give them the opportunity to make this right. On 7/24/22 I eloped and married my best friend. I walked into David's Bridal and worked with an associate name Rose. I quickly picked my dress and requested that it be steamed. I patiently waited, Rose proceeded to bag my dress before I could approve it was steamed to my satisfaction. I then asked to see the dress. RecommendedChristina helped me with alterations today, she was wonderful. All the other workers were very helpful as well.
Where to begin, we had an appointment and arrived there on time. However, the lady assigned to help us was incompetent. She didn’t seem to know anything about your company, what you had to offer, styles, colors, accessories, etc. We pulled out styles and dresses ourselves. She was unable to help us with sizes. By far the worst experience. She had no desire to help the bride or bridal party. In addition when checking out, she rung the dresses up incorrectly, in the wrong sizes, and gave incorrect delivery dates. We found what... read more
The alterations department was ridiculously unprofessional. Twice I went and there was no one manning the front of the story nor anyone manning the front where people pay. The store had garbage all around their ripped chairs. My fiance went there once and his impression was quite negative. My dress was finally altered correctly 1 month (30 days) prior to my wedding.
