Thank you SO much to Kara! She took the time to get to know me and made my experience very personable. I loved the first dress I tried on and didn’t think I would find anything better but she brought out a dress I didn’t choose and I absolutely fell in love with it! She picked the perfect dress for me and I am so happy she was the one to help me!! ❤️

Had very little assistance, although it was not busy and enough sales girls that rather gathered to talk amongst themselves, was not given the chosen dress to try on. Ended up going to a near by store (Silhouette Bridal) and found the dress, best customer service a soon to be bride can ask for, Sandy was the best at that location.

I had an appointment on Sunday at 12. I wasn’t greeted for the first 30 minutes after walking in with 6 bridesmaids my daughter and both mothers who were all looking to purchase dresses including my wedding dress. I made an apointment with davids bridal being the first one in the store that day and the first that shouldve been helped. Well we got there and immedietly the girls are running around saying ill be with you in a minute,at first im like ok theyre busy so i just started looking around about 5 "ill be with yous" later the lady finally introduced herself and started helping me i got my dress figured out. Rude management! Treated me like I was doing them a favor. Spent 4 hours there and got only 45 min of thier time. Store was too busy for one on one so they had to leave us to help others even tho we had 2 appointments. The original stylist didn't do well as she seemed to not care my mom was getting left behind every time I turned around, didn't tell us thank you for the time spent with her or that she was telling others, we had to go find her the whole time. I have visited this store about 4 times now, each time seeing complete chaos and a lack of organization by the staff. The visit where my bridesmaids were trying on dresses, we rarely were able to find our girl to ask for new dresses. She kept disappearing. David's Bridal is one of the first places that comes to a girl's mind when thinking about wedding and bridesmaids dresses, but I would never recommend this store to anyone.

First my sister had to share a consultant and it took forever. Then we were going to buy or bridesmaids dresses and they stopped taking layaway. It was ridiculous.

My daughter made an appointment for her and her 5 bridesmaids service was fine for awhile then they began to rush us. My daughter asked for a budget of $500 and the consultant brought dresses only from $800 to $1,200 which when she found her dress it was very disappointing. I being the brides mother was going to buy the 5 bridesmaid and 1 bridal gown that day but after everything was said and done we walked out 3+ hours later heartbroken
