My daughter made an appointment for her and her 5 bridesmaids service was fine for awhile then they began to rush us. My daughter asked for a budget of $500 and the consultant brought dresses only from $800 to $1,200 which when she found her dress it was very disappointing. I being the brides mother was going to buy the 5 bridesmaid and 1 bridal gown that day but after everything was said and done we walked out 3+ hours later heartbroken

Went here yesterday with my boyfriends sister to pick out her wedding dress and my bridesmaid dress. The appointment went just fine, but when my sisters boyfriend was paying at the register I went outside to smoke a cigarette and one of the consultants asked me if I was "with child" as she was leaving. I had to respond "nope, just fat" and I went back inside and told the lady who said she was the manager there and all she had to say was "well it is Las Vegas" are you fucking kidding me? I only gave this location a 1 because 0 wasn't an option! I actually gave this location two chances. The first time I went in with one of my bridesmaids to find a bridesmaid dress. Our consultant was eating food, laughing and goofing off with some other consultants while I helped my bridesmaid in and out of all the dresses. The consultant basically ignored us. I work in customer service, and if I were the manager at this location I would be embarrassed. I'm a younger bride, I'm 20. And at my first appointment at David's bridal the consultant did not care what I wanted. She differed to my mom on what to have me try on. I was asking for a specific style and she kept telling me it was not what my mom wanted. I ended up finding one dress that I sort of liked, and she pressured me into agreeing to it. They need new consultants, the one we had never smiled and acted like we were bothering her! The 99 dollar sell is a joke now! Did not have one dress in brides sizes!

IF YOU ARE EVER IN VEGAS AND NEED TO GET A DRESS FROM THEM...THE HENDERSON STORE HAS A GOOD SELECTION...BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS BIGGGGGGGGGGGG TIME!!!!... I GAVE THEM MY BUDGET, TIME FRAME, AND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR.... SHE STARTED TELLING ME THAT I NEEDED TO GIVE HER SOME MORE $$$... STACKING UP DRESSES THAT I DIDNT WANT...
