Friend had a appointment to try on wedding dresses however when we arrived there was a sign on the door stating mask are required to shop which wasn’t a issue we all had our mask however my friend had her 4 month old baby and the lady was rude and said he had to have a face covering however CDC states anyone under 2 shouldn’t wear a mask . Picking out my dress was a good experience. However, I went to pick up my dress today. i called before hand to confirm it had arrive. Upon arriving at the store, I went to let them know i was picking up my dress. The employee handed me a sticky note and told me to write my name and barely spoke another word to me. She then left. I waited a while and she came and only handed me my veil. i asked about my dress and she said it wasnt there. I asked her to check and surprise it was there. Horrible experience with my first time trying on wedding dresses. The lady helping me showed no enthusiasm and didn’t seem to want to do her job or even be there. It was awkward and not what a bride should have to experience. The whole time I was there it was very unprofessional and I hope no one has to experience what I went through. Hopefully she was just having a bad day, but that’s still not an excuse.

I am only giving 1 star cause I can't give 0. This is the worst customer service I ever experienced my whole life. They do not honor their prices, their are rude and very misleading. Do not believe in the clock in their website, they keep changing the prices despite of the promising time the sale will last. A good customer service would put the customer in first place. First and last time here. Oh, and if you do not like walk-ins, you should let people know (they are very busy with their appointments...)
